Placing An Order
- Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed as we often fulfil our online orders from multiple locations.
- During sale periods, processing time can be between 24-72 hours.
We Offer Click & Collect
- Select "Click & Collect" from your chosen store during checkout
- Confirm and pay for your order online

Collect in-store — You will be notified once your order is ready for collection
Shipping Rates
- Free standard domestic shipping when you spend over $350.
- Free express domestic shipping when you spend over $500.
- Standard shipping $12.
- Express shipping $15
- International shipping $60.
- New Zealand shipping $35.
International Orders
- You may incur additional tax costs when it enters your country.
- Sorry, but we cannot ship perfumes outside of Australia.
Courier
- We use Australia Post for all orders.
- International orders are also posted with Australian Post and must be signed for.
- You will be notified via email once your parcel has been shipped along with your tracking number.
Returns
- We accept online returns if you are not satisfied with your online purchase on full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact web@thestandardstore.com.au
- Items are to be unworn and with the original swing tags attached.
- If you wish to exchange for another size or different item, please pop in a pre paid postage bag with your address on it so we can send out the new item straight away.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items bought in store or online so please choose carefully.
