Shipping & Returns

 

Placing An Order

  1. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed as we often fulfil our online orders from multiple locations. Generally, if you place an order before 10am, it will be picked up by our courier that morning. Anything after 10am will most likely be collected the following day.
  2. During sale periods, processing time can be between 24-72 hours.

Shipping Rates

  1. Free standard domestic shipping when you spend over $250.
  2. Free express domestic shipping when you spend over $500.
  3. Standard shipping $10.
  4. Express shipping $12
  5. International shipping $50.
  6. New Zealand shipping $25.

International Orders

Do to the global pandemic, International orders may take a lot longer than usual. Please check with your local courier on estimated shipping times before you place an order overseas.

  1. We advise you use Paypal as your payment method for a quick turnover.
  2. You may incur additional tax costs when it enters your country.
  3. Sorry, but we cannot ship perfumes outside of Australia.
  4. For New Zealand orders, we use DHL which delivers in 2-5 working days depending on your location.

Courier

  1. We use Couriers Please & Fastway for domestic orders.
  2. For Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes we use Australian Post.
  3. International orders are also posted with Australian Post and must be signed for.
  4. You will be notified via email once your parcel has been shipped along with your tracking number.

Returns

  1. We accept online returns if you are not satisfied with your online purchase on full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact web@thestandardstore.com.au
  2. Items are to be unworn and with the original swing tags attached.
  3. If you wish to exchange for another size or different item, please pop in a pre paid postage bag with your address on it so we can send out the new item straight away.
  4. We do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items so please choose carefully.

We do not offer returns or refunds for the following:

  1. Sale items
  2. Earrings
  3. Socks
  4. Perfume & Grooming products
  5. Candles
  6. Glassware

Zippay and After-pay Merchant fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund.
