In 1995, Fraser Moss and Jimmy Collins sat down in London and asked a simple question: what if clothes were actually worth keeping? Named after a quote by industrial design pioneer Raymond Loewy — "You must create your own design style" — YMC spent three decades quietly making some of the best menswear and womenswear in Britain. In 2024, with Jimmy Collins buying the brand back to full independence and appointing brilliant young designer Sage Toda-Nation as only its second-ever creative director, YMC entered a new chapter — leaner, more considered, and heading back to its roots.
