Corn waste AKA C.W.L is a vegan and bio-sourced material offering an alternative to leather for both smoothness and ecological commitment. It is developed by an Italian company and is made from a coated canvas composed of 50% corn waste and polyurethane.

This material is biodegradable and opens a new exciting path for VEJA, and us, the consumer!

The lining of these shoes is made from organic cotton (meaning no nasty chemicals that seep into our mother Earth) and the other half is recycled material including household waste giving it a second life.
